When it comes to messenger apps, users are concerned with usability, reliability and privacy. The user interface is very simple and easy to use. Messeges send immediately and without error 99% of the time. This includes, pictures, documents, and voice messeges. When you are on the go constantly, you need a relieable messenger like this. I haven't even mentioned the point of the messenger, which is to contact your physician if your a patient or contact other medical professionals if you're one yourself.

So I was recommended this app from a friend. Overall layout and design is very clean and simple to use. The user interface is really straightforward and intuitive. What I like about this app is that it works around my schedule. I am always busy running around taking care of all my day to day work and having access to my doc in real time really opens up my schedule. I'm lucky to have a doctor that's apart of the program and so far she has been pretty johnny-on-the-spot with answers to my questions. In the end of the day, healthcare on the fly beats waiting rooms.
