The main function of this app for most people is the scan to check your ticket for wins. Unfortunately it's the part that works minimal at best. Most attempts to check a ticket take over 20 tries with an error of "unable to verify". Great lighting, different angles...nothing improves the piece of junk "scanner" they have. On a positive note, it usually scans in the second chance tickets easier. Go figure.

After they fixed the problems with being able to scan scratch off's for the "play it again" option, now I really enjoy using the app. Sometimes tho when I go to use my points to buy entries, it won't let me. It'll say "Oops your entry did not register". That's a bit frustrating especially when there's a tight deadline. But overall a pretty good app.

Update: !!!! Cannot update, when I open the APP a white box stating a newer available, click update, goes to Google Play, Lottery App. There I have two options, " uninstall " and " open". Very frustrating, can't get nothing done. Also, I find it hard to believe that someone has to go through the same steps when entering more than one non-winning ticket. There is surely a place that would allow for entering multiples that would not take a week to update the code and implement changes.

I downloaded this new app and have been trying to scan tickets for second chance drawings for the last 3 days. Each day it says an error occurred and to try again later. I started to email them through the app to see if they knew about the problem and mid-email the app just suddenly goes to the home page. They definitely have issues to work out.

Hard to scan tickets after last update. They had fixed this issue a couple of years ago but screwed it up again. Once you hit scan, you have maybe one to two seconds for the image to show up and for you to position the phone the right way to get the bar code lined up inside the box on the screen before it scans. I have had it lined up perfect and it still wouldn't read the code. What's the deal? Do y'all not make enough money from the lottery to pay competent people to set up an app?

scan option is awful it is great to be able to check your ticket numbers, but the scanner is too quick and never reads the barcode on the first try. takes about 5 times of holding your phone just right, your ticket in the right place on the table, crossing your feet, legs, fingers, arms and eyes, and maybe it will read it for you.
