Really love this app! I tried to learn Hangul alphabet from the book and got confused how to pronounce zillion flavors of "u" and "o". Then I tried a live class with a native speaker teacher and while I had picked up some basic phrases I was still unclear which letter is pronounced which way (because you can ask the teacher to repeat the sound only 5 times max before you look like either a jerk or hearing challenged). This app was amazing with helping me to know CORRECT sounds and learn Hangul!

The best Hangul app I've tried. The interface isn't particularly attractive but the content is superior. It gives clear context and explains everything thoroughly, allowing an understanding beyond mere memorisation offered by others. You are also allowed to repeat and review sections ans it's also free, simply asking for donations. I find this app truly useful. This works best if you're self-directed learner.

Although I've only been using this app for a few days I can tell you it's great for learning Hangul. It gives you a bit of history and the why behind Hangul. Definitely an app you want to use along side other apps when starting to learn

Im about 10 minutes into this app & already I can tell it is going to be very effective! Im learning to speak Korean using LingoDeer but I find it so difficult to try to memorize symbols (Hangul letters) without any basic foundation of what, how or why they are how they are! I cant "test out" in LD if I dont know how to read Hangul, but LD is lacking in teaching me to read Hangul. This app seems very promising and I think both apps together will allow me to finally connect the dots. Thumbs up!

This is the best app for learning Hangul. It explains everything perfectly. It makes learning more logical and easier than many other apps. Try it.

I like how they use a male and female voice. The option to click to hear the pronunciation again is great. Detailed explanation of vowels and consonants. Quizzes are great. I'm very new to Hangul, but this is very helpful for me!
