Really phenomenal. As a native English speaker trying to learn Marathi (mostly same script as Hindi) I appreciate both the ease of use and the outlining of tricky bits for non native speakers (dental/retro, aspiration). No other app comes close. It does randomly crash sometimes but that's ok...

Why do you need phone permissions? I'm installing this just to write a review as a warning to others: suh an app as this does not need such permissions and only serves to seal your information. Don't allow developers to get away with this!

This app is an exceptionally rounded tool for learning Hindi - the way in which it describes how the sentences and letters are formed is very clear and easy to understand. The only issue is that it doesn't work smoothly on Android 9 (Huawei Honor 10) and sometimes hangs up /closes. It would be amazing if it could be fixed! :-)

After trying it a number of Hindi apps, I'm very impressed with this one. I like the language history and supplemental info that is provided, and the language is presented in a logical, methodical manner. I have recommended the app to students at my local Sanskrit class.

I wanted an app for practice writing Hindi, but seems my phone is too new to have it available (from what I've read). :-( But great info about Hindi history, letters & their rules, & the CHARTS are so helpful they are golden! The audio is a young boy, but sometimes a man voices what is probably a correction. Wish they could update it so I could practice writing, but that's been YEARS (look at the app info).

Wow. Okay, I just downloaded and began trying out this app and Oh my God! This is already making learning the Devanagari Script SO much easier! Just in my first ten minutes of checking out this app, my first lesson made sense out literally EVERYTHING I was having trouble with. Other apps I've tried just uses rote memorization without any discussion in it's lessons. This app carefully explained in easy terms the rules of the script that made sense out of everything that had tripped me up
