it was not until i posted a bad review on Trustpilot site then i received a feedback that the product was out of stock and that they have processed the refund. after leaving my review.

If there was a zero i would give it to Tendaisy. The 1 star is only for the nice pictures they post. No order tracking No follow up, No customer service, no one to reach. The order was charged & paid on the spot then disappears from the account.The account name needs to be corrected they responded once that they did the correction but it wasn't done also. Order placed since 17th april not received & no track of it. Not found on orders, no echoe whatsoever, this is a total scam.
