Cant use it at all. Possibly because it won't accept payments from tenants who are not listed as head of household. I pay rent every other month and I have to go through the hassle of buying a money order and everything instead of just paying online for free.

setup is very difficult. Unable to connect w/landlord. No where to log out. No where to delete current sign-in or change credentials. Completely frustrated w/this app and wish my landlord never switched to it. No response from 'Support' :/

Getting into the app is no user friendly. On line all I have to do is use my email and password and I am connected to the landlord. Why can't this happen on this app.

Why can't you adjust the date I needed to adjust date to April of this year on lease start it won't let you. You need to fix this issue can't use an app if it won't work right.
