El pedido siempre sale mal, sin productos pedidos. He intentado hacer un pedido tres veces pero no sale el nombre ni la foto de los productos al final. Estoy muy decepcionado

Desesperante. Ya puede espabilar Eroski, si la web ya es espesa esto es una tortura. He probado desde 2 móviles, cuando ya he generado una cesta grande la app deja de responder, si entro en la cesta solo veo cantidades pero no de que producto... Llevo tiempo intentando hacer compras desde el móvil con esta app pero funciona mal.

Vendría bien analizar cómo lo hacen supermercados como ASDA en UK para aprender de ellos. La aplicación es muy poco práctica y por mucho que quieras comprar en Eroski en seguida se te quitan las ganas de usarlo.

Atrapado en un bucle, intento entrar con mis datos y dice que no encuentra mi email. Voy a dar la alta y dice que email ya registrada. Otro App que tendría que solucionar problemas todos los veces que quiero hacer cualquier cosa, entrando con un ordenador portátil, que me van a regalar los Eroski. Y cuando solicitó nueva contraseña, "La página solicitada no se ha localizado. En estos momentos no podemos acceder al servicio solicitado, por favor, inténtalo más tarde."

La he instalado con la esperanza de que funcionara mejor que la página web pero va incluso peor. Espero que la mejoren en futuras versiones.

Los muchos errores que tiene la aplicación hacen imposible realizar la compra sin tardar más de lo que tardaría conduciendo a un Eroski y recogiendo todo personalmente. Funciona peor que la web (que ya es decir). Una pena que Eroski no quiera invertir en un sistema telemático que funcione, podrían ahorrarse mucho dinero teniendo un sistema bien montado teniendo en cuenta que la parte de click&drive y envíos a domicilio funcionan razonablemente bien, el sistema es lo único que lo hace ridículamente inusables. Actualización: desde la última actualización (octubre 2017) es aún peor y completamente inusable en móviles.
