Almost unusable in the field, every time I switch away to another app then come back it is logged out. Have to sign in 25 times a day, very poor and as you can see from others they make no attempt at improving this app. Sad.

I can't rely on this app in the field at all. I still have to jump through hoops to find equipment in need of service that I should, in theory, be able to locate within a few taps.

Except for the fact that it makes you sign in almost every time you pull the app back up, it was working fairly well. As soon as I upgraded my Pixel XL to Android 8.0 Oreo, it won't open at all after I login. Screen just remains black. Please update this app and include the option to keep user signed in as well.

The app when working is good however it will not load after sign in sometimes and that can be very aggravating.
