The info is basic but important. Worthwhile as an app? Why not?! The more information available in any format, the better. Would be nice if it had links to other resources. The app size seems relatively large, as this only contains three pages of simple text. I don't mind the ad, but it's obtrusive sitting in the upper left corner, partially obscuring the header of each page in portrait mode (at least on my Nexus 7).
