Nice app but in retail shops of joy chicken more buying option of frozen item and chicken is available which is not shown in the app...for eg. boneless chicken thigh, keema, desi chicken and frozen items like prawns and more frozen ready to cook chicken options are available and pls update payment option like cash on dilvery. Please update it in your app also.

I am adding things in the cart and when i proceed for ordering the things I always get the same message "ENCOUNTERED CONNECTION ERROR". Don't understand why this is happening. I am not able to place my order, have tried it many times now.

The app is bad. Very few options to choose from. The delivery is very late and absolutely no professionalism. The delivery was denied because I couldn't step out to collect the order as I was in quarantine.
