This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Formation MC2 Branche Famille on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

Cette application s'adresse aux stagiaires de la branche famille inscrits aux sessions de formation MC². Sont visés d'une part, les directeurs et agents de direction ainsi que les cadres stratégiques dès lors que leurs sont confiés des responsabilités dans la conduite du changement, ce qui se traduit concrètement par un positionnement de pilotage stratégique multi projet. D'autre part, sont également visés, les managers opérationnels, les chefs de projet et toutes les personnes ressources d'un projet.

Il s'agira pour l'ensemble de ces acteurs de puiser dans cette application les éléments d'une culture commune du changement, ainsi que des outils et méthodes permettant d'optimiser la conduite du projet / changement confié.

Le suivi de ce Cooc s'effectue durant l'intersession et vise à accompagner les stagiaires tout au long de leur acquisition de connaissance. A travers les différents modules de ce cooc, les stagiaires, vont aborder les 8 principes composant la MC² et pourront parallèlement les mettre en pratique.
