Constantly having to put in a code from your email sucks. It took me a while to be able to sign in with a password. I bought nearly every game for Osmo and struggled to get it all setup on a Fire Tablet in kids unlimited. The combination of Amazon and Osmo software is awful. There should be one Osmo app and you can play games from there rather than 40+ app icons to choose from. The interface coding should have a bugger budget. Plus the free gift QR won't scan.

Seems like great gift for kids however the set up is frustrating, annoying, you have to swit3cg back and forth between registering through one website, then again on parental app, half the stuff doesnt work. Each game the genius set come with you have to download and load the game onto the app, which btw if you have android NONE of the games actually exist to download. Spent 3hrs trying to figure out how this stupid system works and still no luck! Returning back to store tomorow. What a waste

It is SO annoying to get a notification that your daughter made a drawing while you are at work and you gleefully open it only to see a forever loading screen because you have an android and not an iPad or something. If it doesn't work for Android don't put it in the store.

I've been updating my ipda to get this installed with no luck. Nearly 4 hours still no luck, not that easy.

This app needs some serious help. I havent tried the iOS counterpart but for Android it just doesnt load. I'm on a Galaxy Note 10+ w/ Android 10 and the Nov 2020 security patch so its not like my phone is the problem (just saying).

I can not review the media/pictures my daughter created. It seems like everything else works correctly. It's just that reviewing her work of art was the main reason I downloaded the app and it's exactly what I can not do. Please fix. On a positive note, my daughter absolutely loves her Osmo.
