This app provides nothing useful to any leader, if you don't know the stuff on this app you should not be in charge of anyone. Another waste of Naval money.

Don't download!! This app barely provides the basic information you would want. The quiz is one question and that is it. The links don't work half the time and those that do don't tell you anything a retarded monkey with downs syndrome couldn't tell you.
