The bus location "dot" has not worked since school started. All I see is the yellow flashing dots going in circles for a second. They tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app each week...ridiculous. Not helpful at all. Of course, I followed this advice, but the app still does not work. I have contacted the school and utilized the self help guide and emailed the app admin...several times....NEVER heard a work from them. No customer support and local school has no idea how to assist.

This app seldom works. When it does work, it works well. However, 80% of the time when you launch it, the bus location does not show on the map and I also fail to get email alerts... It's really frustrating because when it does work it does provide useful and needed information. I've opened tickets to have my issues looked into, however their support team is clueless, they want to blame the installed app on the phone, yet how can it be the app when emails from their backend systems fail too?

Does not show bus stop, bus location, or school. If you send message to customer service, says you will hear back within 24 hours, but they NEVER get back to you. Used to be a good app, now completely useless.

I used to love this app. But lately it hasn't been working. The bus isn't even shown on the map anymore. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is only because the app still lets me know when my child has boarded the bus and when its within the drop off radius. Please fix because this used to be an awesome app and I know it can be again.

I don't know what happened but I can no longer teack when my children's bus is on its way. The icon is no longer on the screen, which make it difficult to gage the amount of time that I have. The kids ride special needs busses and it's difficult enough getting them ready for school.

It's annoying when is doesn't work. I also don't like that when my kids have their regular bus substituted, I can not track the bus substitution. This app has the potential to be so great but it is not.
