Every click lands you to page where it ask to restart the app. Nothing is active on this app. Don't even think if anyone is tracking it.

I have used NMC E-CONNECT App more than Half a Dozen times in last 1 hour and i have been surprised by the quality of support given by NMC amd that too within 24 hours. they can resolve your issues right from Road making or repairing, Mosquito breeding in your colony, Street Dog problem, Water availability, Water bill or corporation tax related issues and much more. i hope more and more people start using this App instead of complaining on WhatsApp groups or Twitter.

Good, need to make it more personalized. Add to save index number for water tax and property tax. Once you save your credentials it will be easy to fetch bill data. Think of sending emails/sms when you raise bill. This will save our time and will be able to pay on time. Think of linking with Bharat Bill Pay option.

Most of the functions are not working like post grievance after posting common message comes but no complaint number no tracking of complaints . Cannot reset password from app unable to receive OTP . Ghanta gadi notification is incorrect.Rest other features are good.But mot much satisfactory. Need more improvement.
