The server error is ok (as has been a quick one second retry fix) what is annoying though, is the very first time this error happens on a series that you are watching, no matter how many episodes you've passed since that error code, it'll take you back to the original episode where that darn error first appeared. I have to back track (in this case forward track) from where I think I may have left off in the series. No matter the efforts to correct this. I tried to tolerate it. I can no longer.

Terrible. Sub standard by a long shot. Re-entering the app causes casting to restart a previous episode. Clunky interface to get to the playing episode and controls. Worst scrubbing (fast forward) I've ever used, as time doesn't increase to indicate where the slider is up to. Then the episode will spontaneously restart even if half way through. So annoying.

Crashes occasionally and glitches after pressing pause and then re-starting. Which can be really frustrating as you have to go back and start the episode your watching again and then find where you're up to. However, has a really great selection of shows to watch so I'm happy.

This app doesmy head in. I have a samsung tablet and when I play videos, i get the ads and then a technical issue message. I checked the trouble shoot page and it suggested turning off closed captions. And it made no difference. I have followed instructions, updated the app, deleted it and reinstalled it and it makesno difference. Now i remeember why i deleted it inthe first place. For a streaming service free or not, major bug fixes need to be done to improve customder/viewer experiences.

Finally got it to load on my Android Samsung tablet. I watch 7Plus on my phone as my TV reception is unwatchable. I love it. Get the occasional disconnect with the technical difficulty message but it's easy and quick to reconnect. Love being able to catch up on my favourite shows.

Using live or catchup via tablet linked to smart tv app was always coming up "technical issue" did not see 7plus for months. Worst with "Sydney Weekender". Has improved recently to actually view catchup for other shows, but still does freeze or "technical issue" message comes up - less often - actually saw some episodes. 7Plus & 10 are the worst apps.
