Not working at all. I don't know which is worst, the app or the hardware but the device, after connecting to the app, refuses to see any wi-fi networks and so as smart device it is useless. Apparently they don't pay any attention to quality control. Waste of good money for nothing!

If I could give a big fat ZERO I would. It doesn't connect to Alexa like advertised. It links to Google home but when you give the command it says it turned it off or on but it doesn't. Even if you want to just use your phone their app loses connection all the time and has to be paired again. Junk junk junk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am returning mine ASAP

Great except when we installed on multiple phones, the light switch disconnected from the first phone and had to reset up all over again. Or another words. It seems only one person in the house hold is allowed to control the light switches at a time and adding a new user will block out everyone else

This software is just bad. It crashes after a short period of being active, and if left open will lose connection to the switches. To use it you have to restart it everytime, and force stop the app in the android app menu every time you are done.

Never works! I have to turn on and off my wifi or location just to get it to work. I always leaves both of those on and this app forces me to shut them off then back on and half the time I still can't get the damn thing to work.

No support for bricked Switchmate. When I first went to use the device, it prompted me to update the firmware on the device. I did start that, but it failed part way through. The device is now "Bricked". Emailed support a few times since March 31. It is now May 8, and all I can get is a lower level support staff member, who says they have passed it up to higher level support. If this is at all widespread, they may be out of business soon.
