تلبية لمتطلبات العصر ومع التغيرات العاصفة التي تطرأ على وسائل الاتصال كان لابد من مواكبة هذا التطور في جميع المجالات ومنها –ان لم يكن بمقدمتها- ايجاد اعلام قادر على نقل الاحداث بسرعة فائقة توازي هذه التقنيات، اعلام يجد له موطئ قدم في خضم هذا الكم الهائل من المعلومات التي تغطي جميع مساحات العالم، مع مراعاة توخي الدقة والالتزام بمعايير القانون اولا، ومن ثم قواعد المهنة واخلاقياتها.. من هنا جاءت فكرة تأسيس مشروع اعلامي حاول اختزال جميع هذه الصفات باسم (موازين) والذي يرمز قبل كل شيء الى الحياد والصدق والاستقلالية فضلا عن انه يحمل الصفات الاخرى الواجب توفرها في مؤسسة اعلامية يراد لها ان تكون مشروعا وطنيا هادفا ينضم الى وسائل الاعلام الوطنية التي تشكل بمجموعها ركيزة مهمة من ركائز بناء الدولة الديمقراطية المدنية الحديثة القائمة على اساس العدل والمواطنة كما يحلم كل منا وينظر بمسحة من الاعتزاز الى ما يمكن أن يقدمه هذا المشروع الفتي بوقته والغني بمعانيه واهدافه التي تحرص على ان تكون نافذة ثقافية وابداعية وصوتا وطنيا يصل الى الجمهور عبر ما يتاح من تقنيات تكنولوجية ومنها الموقع الالكتروني والتطبيقات المتوفرة على الاجهزة اللوحية والتي تكون بمتناول يد الجميع وتحقق سرعة الوصول .. مع مواكبة ثورة الاتصالات والتقنيات لتقديم كل ما هو جديد من مبدأ التنافس المشروع
