Signing up for an account was easy enough, but setting an appropriate pickup time was impossible. Using the lookup feature doesn't allow entering a flight number, manually entering a time requires using a scrolling menu that resets itself to the default and there's no way to type it in. The website looks like it's designed for mobile and was easy to use on a desktop computer.

Terrible service. Couldn't give us any ETA after an hour waiting. Cancelled without telling us. Had to book something else and pay way more. The whole point of a reservation weeks in advance was to avoid everything that occured.

ExecuCar has been a lifesaver to me. I needed reliable and safe transportation for my travels. I have not been disappointed. I forget names, so I haven't been able to request the same driver again. So far, everyone of them have been great. Cars are clean, and smell good, and the drivers are clean and smell good too. That's important to me and my senses. I feel safe with their driving. I've used them at ungodly hours and they are ontime(early) and seem to be refreshed, pleasant, ready.

Ever since the new release was installed, 3.5.6, I receive a Blank notification on my phone from ExecuCar. I have no trips scheduled and there's nothing in the app that would create any notification. Please fix.

Horrible service. I booked a luxury car with meet and greet. After already waiting 30 minutes I get a text, not a call, that I will have to meet my Prius curbside. No apology no compensation. I called the dispatch and they said this is what they had. Again no remedy no compensation. I ended up having to pay twice the price to get a different car service last minute.

My experience started off great the first trip I ordered their luxury car package and was picked up in a Suburban. After that I recieved a Honda pilot 2 time as an executive car. The Cars were not the even the worst part that came on my last trip. I paid for meet and greet services from the air port which is an additional cost which I had no problem expending to my company when I landed I was as not greeted by my driver he called me and said he was outside and I would have to walk to the car..
