App doesn't upload pictures for me on OnePlus7 Pro. I've granted the application complete access. I've wiped data and cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the application. The developer replied saying the issue was fixed. NO IT'S NOT. I've contacted the developer by email but no reply. I guess it's just easier to come on here and reply that " it's fixed" than it is to fix the actual problem. Android 11 operating system. This is about the fifth time I've complained about the issue.

The video experience in the app is great. But the audio is absolutely awful if wearing wireless headphones. I simply can't use any wireless headphones at all. The sound is muffled at best or just inexistent in most cases. I really hope you can fix this issue. I've reached out to customer support, and they completely failed to acknowledge the issue and just told me to check my batteries 😒.

The app was cool until I did the update. I can't use any kind of headphones or earbuds. The sound either disappears or people hear a distortion. I've deleted and re-download the app and troubleshooting for my ear buds. I'm finding out I'm not the only one going through this. I'm going to delete this if it doesn't get fixed. It's no point in keeping an app that doesn't fully work.

App stuck in logo flashing on and off. Opened the app today and got a pop-up for an update. Clicked yes to install, it took me to the play store of SL. I clicked open and it just sits there on a blue screen with the word Superlive blinking on and off. This is happening on both devices. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. When I opened it I received the update message again.

The app gives you the option to use your credit/debit card, But you are unable to use it. I've contacted customer support, and they've told me that usually the bank will block the transaction. So I contacted my bank and they told me that no transaction even took place. I messaged customer service about the issue. I have yet to hear back from them. Update 1/7/24 Finally got my card to start working until the most recent update. Now we're back at square, where the support team is blaming my card

App works fine, but there are so many scammers on here it's not worth sending any gifts to anyone. For instance, people will set a price for Premium Live, and then once you enter, they'll close out and you lose your coins. What's the point? They let you get your coins back if it's a really expensive Premium Live and you leave in the first 15 seconds, but they should do that for every live and ESPECIALLY if they host drops within the first 30 seconds.
