Everytime I pull up the Williamsport sun gazette it's blank, I try to refresh and it's the same everytime, this is the only way knowing what's going on in my town, since I don't got cable

I download it and all it says is navigation loading and then I get an error has occurred when I had it before and it actually worked I loved it but now there's no point in having the app when you can't use it
