Worst app not working as what we expect,there is delay,I have paid through upi my amount was deducted and not reflected in the account,it is not showing in transactions, Eating the customers time with this process,sir if it is not working properly please remove from play store, please don't waste our timeπŸ™.......

Worst app ever. I was also trying to recharge the 3 months plan. But that option is not available. There is only 1 month plan showing. Worst experience. Customer support team is also no help. I tried to contact them nothing happened. I paid through Quick-charge of sundirect website, payment happened and web site showing error. Amount is deducted but not reflected in Sundirect account ?

Worst app.. There is sufficient amount in my wallet and i can't do a add on. It is showing that "your base pack is expired and renew your base pack to buy subscription packs" after recharging a base pack for three months. I tried several times to contact with the customer care and i couldn't connect them. The whole sundirect team is cheating their customers. Last year and all it was possible to do the add on in the app but now it has become worst. I wouldn't mind to give a single star for this.

Most of the times, app won't work. I'm trying bto recharge my account. It got logged out automatically. Unable to login qgain and it's showing a script error. Even recharge web page also not working in browser. I'm experiencing this since 1 year. Its frustrating. CC executives gives useless answer and makes even frustrating. Its horrible. I can't expect such low grade app in current situation of technology.

First of I couldn't login then I faced issues in relay of channels after changing the subscription pack. Such a useless, improper administration through website and app. If we call the customer care they will ask you to do this, that, etc like we have to get more training to use the service. Eating plenty of time in follow up with issues. Planned to switch to other service provider !!!
