The videos of the messages do not play on my new SAMSUNG Galaxy S5. They wouldn't play on my Galaxy S2 either. Reloaded the App but no change. It just acts like it is loading but never loads, even with good WiFi or 4G connection.

It will load the first page fine then if you try to listen to a message it will freeze and have to force close it.
