I used subassist for 2+ years. Very good. Got a lot of assignments. Now the new version doesn't provide an icon like the old version but instead requires me to login before I see any openings. I've contacted support twice and all I get is link to migrate to new version. So now I have no way to get openings quickly, before others. What to do? I would appreciate a call to get proper support.

Eh, old app was better. At first it didn't work after the migration. After 2 customer service interventions it is now "working". I say it with air quotes because, yes I get job notifications. I used to get the school name, teacher, AND THE DATE OF THE JOB all on the little pop-up notification. Now the date is not listed- I have to open the app to see the date. Sub jobs go fast! I dont have time to waste. My husband and I each sub and use different services. His- Sub Alert- is now the best.

Liked the older version much better. Almost always the first app to get a notification from. Not the new one. I have not picked up one job from the new version. And my data doesn't seem to want to save. I've had to reenter data several times. This is definitely one time when an update wasn't an improvement.

I have used SubAssistant for many years and the new version is sub par. The old version did exactly what it needed to. UPDATE: I will be changing apps. Customer service, while friendly & quick, was not able to help fix the problems.

They changed the App and now I can't get it to work. I have followed the instructions to migrate my account and it still won'twork. I contacted the company. The only way to contact them is through email. They don't understand the problem or just don't care. I think I may have to cancel.

Horrible. I've missed jobs because of this app. Cost me money. I received quick text before. Won't let me upgrade. To receive text like before. Absolute trash.
