First time to order. Size is extremely large for the indicated size. Poor customer service with regards to return. I have been waiting now for a week and no one turned up to collect the returning items. Courier called 2days back promised to be coming to collect but no one turned up. Styli WA keeps giving the automated message. Looks like once a customer buys, they do nt care. I suppose this will be my first and last order.

My experience was the worst One item I received in my order was stained, and a big one that I felt disgusted to even try it, I returned it with the other items that did not fit me and stated that it is damaged Then I got a message that they won't refund me because the item was damaged when they were the ones that did not check what they sent to people and blamed their mistake on me!! It was discounted and not that expensive, so it is not about the money, but their quality check is very bad

It states that when you order first time thru app you get 25% discount but at time of checking out its giving only 5% discount. This is just misleading to lure in customers. Kindly menrion correct details.

i did ordee..but not received complete item.while raising issued for refund..its so hard..they keep call n do investigate..but nothing refund been given.. noon much bettee..amazon and iherb..even sheen..wasting money n time.!need to paid for the item..even though not received thing.nonsenced!
