Tests take 10 minutes to load whereas the timer doesn't stop. Sometimes the answers do not get saved. Overall a horrible experience. Waste of money. This problem is being faced in the mobile app. I was trying to take the tests in my tablet.

while i give test questions are not properly loadin😢 frustated very slow . negative marking to this app.frustated to purchase it.such a bad experience.worst app. if this app is nice then please fix the bug otherwise we have many options i will definitely uninstall this app.

In desktop it takes lot of time to view question from 1 to 100 by SCROLLING when checking answers. Devide solutions of the paper in the same manner as question paper appear like English 30 Maths 35 reasoning 35 Thanksgiving

one of the worst apps. I paid 131 rupees for RRB PO test series but I haven't got any test yet. If you want to loose your money you can buy this test series. Even though i mailed to them twice i hardly get response.

I want to share my experience with study virus....i had purchased a test series, payment was done but hadn't recieved any series then i mail to study virus....they solved the issue within 16 hours...coz i had complained at night....their contents are exactly according to the exam. ...thank you
