I've been using the free version for sometime to help me read kana, accompanied with some lectures. I've since moved on to Kanji and grammar. I like the way this app uses flashcards and quizzes - it's the best way to memorize for me.

There is no option when reviewing katakana to see meaning as hiragana EVEN THOUGH that is the setting chosen (kana) and a reason to buy PRO version. When user chooses no Rōmaji, please respect that choice even in kana lessons. The learner who masters one syllabary before the alternative, should not be punished. The OLDER learner may have to come back to either syllabary. Ditto for the very young user not seeing as much katakana as a teen learner reading manga. BACK, NEXT enabled at start or end

Good app, one bug I noticed was locking and unlocking my device resets the progress counter when taking a quiz.

Fantastic learning tool. Really well made and all works to perfection.🙂 Keep tracking your progress and choose a way to improve your vocabulary. Either stick to the given structure or choose your own characters. The free version was great, the full version is even better. 👍

It would help a lot if the revisions always included every previous kanji, not just a limited number of them. I mean, when I start a revision in Level 1 - Lesson 3, the app only asks 25 kanji of me instead of all the 30 that came before. Also, it would be awesome if the app would include all 2136 commonly used kanji.
