The first time I downloaded this app it worked perfectly fine, but when I opened it again hours later only a black screen appeared and it has been the same way since. I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and installing the app back again, updating the PlayStore, checking the app manager on my phone, etc., and it just won't work. I would find it quite handy especially for new students like me. Can you please fix it?

My first login, everything was all fine and dandy ! The directions were simple to see, getting from point A to point B, and would have recommended this app if not for the crashing. After my first login, I was not able to get past the 'welcome' screen as the app would immediately crash and bring me back to my homescreen. That isn't good ! A location pinpointer should not take up as much RAM as this app is showing. I would highly appreciate the software to be fixed. c:

Yeah this is a poorly designed app. So many problems which make it difficult to use. 1. You have to sign up, and don't use facebook, just dont. 2. You have to choose either male or female... really? Thats lame StudentVIP 3. I have used all 3 of my emails and still did not receive a verification... 4. All I want to do is find the rooms of my classes and then delete this app, but because of the difficult procedure of signing up, I can't even do that so I just deleted the app anyway.

Used to work fine, but then after updating the app and trying to log back in, the verification process wouldn't work because everytime I click on the link sent to my email, the page just displays "error 419: page expired"

used to work great and super helpful and now it won't let me past loading screen. Says it's a network error but my internet connection is completely fine (i.e. pretty sure it's a problem with the app)
