Verification is rubbish, won't send an email no matter how many times I request it to be resent. I can't use my student card either as the expiration date is on the back and it only allows one picture to be sent

Stopped working. I use the website now as the app has stopped working. Also has fake discounts on there eg. Logitec never works on their site.

really useful service for students.but there's some issue.I can't verify my academic status via email. I contacted support they told me to verify by providing documents.Now I'm verified after providing documents.You need to fix the email verification issue.I can understand maybe it's for spam protection.But at least you should fix this and add something which will automatically detect spam or fraud account.then the bot/ai will be automatically flagged that account and ask for doc verification.

I have changed my password and it will not allow me to login to the app. customer service is no help. I will stick to uni days.

signing up is an absolute nightmare...Wouldnt accept any password and had to go through facebook and then change all my details to my uni stuff...Not a great start for new customers.
