Radio Piedra Blanca 860 am, la emisora numero una en Catacamas Olancho en noticias, entretenimiento y sociales, inicia su andadura en 2007 con un equipo humano que tiene como objetivo desarrollar una programación al servicio del ciudadano. Una radio nueva, joven y profesional dispuesta a ofrecer a la audiencia de Catacamas y su entorno una alternativa de ocio e información. Un medio de comunicación situado en el corazón del municipio, justo encima del mercado, lugar de constante encuentro e intercambio.

Como objetivo prioritario la emisora se integra en la vida de Catacamas, realizando programas en directo desde la calle, contando sus fiestas y tomando iniciativas para aumentar los eventos singulares del municipio. Por eso, la participación de quienes viven en el pueblo es fundamental y las puertas de la radio están abiertas a propuestas y opiniones.
