I purchased this app a couple years ago, under a different email for my now 3 year old niece. I do feel, that It was was worth the $4 to unlock the content. It's easy for her to navigate around and she seems to love it. I do think it should be part of the the play pass, since it is Sesame Streets 50th anniversary. Overall Sesame Street apps have been worth paying for in my view. It's educationional and entertaining for kids.
