App has been great, but for over 2 weeks I've tried to update payment card, and can't because it doesn't recognize my password. Have rest no less than 5x, tried installing & uninstalling the app. Nothing works, and customer service says "known issue, sorry". As someone who has trouble getting around, online pickup was a huge benefit. Now I can't use it because I can't log in.

I used to love this app. It was sometimes a little glitchy at pickup, but the convenience was worth it. But since this latest update, it doesn't work at all. It just crashes. I've come back multiple times, restarted my phone--nothing helps. I'm happy to adjust my review if it's fixed but as it is I've got to go elsewhere to order groceries because I can't get them here.

The scan it feature no longer works. I've tried it twice at two different locations. When I tried to pull the barcode up at the check out area the app just shut off. The employees weren't even aware the app had a scan it feature so they couldn't help in anyway. Having to rescan everything both times was very frustrating. After the first time it happened I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache and it still happened the next time I tried it. I hope it's fixed soon.

The constant vibration when interacting with the app is annoying and unnecessary. There is currently no way to disable that in the app and the Android notification controls have no affect. Also the app constantly thinks it is not connected to the Internet. Recommend if it is using some form of beacon to check, it should use a neutral destination such as public DNS IP addresses. 1-star since it seems no real UAT testing was done.

Glitchy!! Sometimes crashes mid-order. Lately, the feature to send GPS to the store has been crashing and shutting down the app. The new substitution option is nice but would be better if we could specify to sub a different size, flavor, or brand of our iwn choosing. And the feature to click through the text message to approve substitutions the store made NEVER works.

App continues to be almost unusable for coupons, which are only available through the app. They're still duplicated 2-3x, and now when you try to clip them you constantly get flagged as a possible bot, if it even registers at all. As a system to save the company money by preventing consumers from using the coupons, it's working admirably.
