I recently returned items in a fix and notified them I was returning everything but they still charged me and I already returned everything but haven't received any refund! There's no number to call so ive been emailing but all I get is a generic email showing me return information but there's no where to initiate a return once your box has been "checked out" It's also way too pricey and I just want my money back!

I receive errors more often than not when I'm trying to access the site. It doesn't matter if it's via the email that was sent or the app. It's very frustrating.
