Use it everyday. Favorite app for podcasts UPDATE 7/8/21 I still use this app everyday, but after the new update it is a struggle everyday. Nothing works right. I am always frustrated trying to find my shows. Playback issues often occur. The interface is not very user friendly. Almost all of my playlists were destroyed after the update. I have used this app for years and I have some loyalty, but it makes me so mad that you destroyed something that worked wonderfully before. GENERALLY FRUSTRATED

I used to love Stitcher because it automatically played all downloaded podcasts continuously. Unfortunately, the app was recently "updated" and has not worked correctly since. Autoplay no longer works. That's a problem when you have a long drive -- you have to pull over every 45 minutes to an hour to manually get the next podcast to play. I have written to Stitcher several times but their instructions never work! I am now looking for a new podcast app. Why did Stitcher ruin a good app?

Just one more month left in my yearly prescription and I am dumping this app. It was great when I first got it but then they changed everything up and for the last few months it has not worked well at all. They keep promising fixes but it never happens. Their best advice is Uninstalling the app which odds are won't work and even if it did I'd have to re-download everything. Their auto response AI is second rate and I'm not sure any actual humans run this app. Up yours stitcher

I uninstalled and reinstalled my app.... it helped. I havent noticed the issues that would usually frustrate me. Previously... : Love this app...still use it daily BUT there's definite lag issues. Items don't download correctly. They try to down load even though option to download when not on wifi is not chosen. So i have to remove downloaded episodes and re-download so they work correctly. Searches within the app lag tremendously.

Like everyone else, had no issues until recent updates. Keep running into new annoying playback bugs. All downloaded episodes suddenly won't play, error states there's an error in the download file, please redownload - in all of them at once, so seems like more than an individual file issue. When working, the downloaded playlist will play the first episode then start the next one with no audio - must pause and resume play to regain audio, plus other multitasking bugs galore. G'bye Premium.

This used to be a great app. Then they decided to change the UI (which wasn't broken) and now episodes don't auto-play, and you have to manually add the next episode. Plus there are numerous skips, across all the podcasts I listen to, so it's a platform issue, not an individual podcast issue. I'm definitely looking for a different app, this one sucks. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. UPDATE: No, Stitcher, I'm not going to submit a ticket. I'm stopping my subscription and deleting the app. You've had four months of bad reviews telling you EXACTLY what the problems are, and they have not been fixed. All you had to do was restore the previous version while you worked on the MANY bugs and sketchy UI, but you didn't. So I'm out. Enjoy your average 2 star rating.
