This is one of the best "Challenge" style apps I have come across! Not only does it challenge you with different "Ranks" but also explains the exercises very well. . It's awesome to track my progression on these exercises and this app provides a great reminder just being on my home screen for the goals I am working twords. Keep it up guys!
