I don't get why people are having issues setting this up. Took me 2 minutes and I didn't read any instructions. If this was too difficult for you to set up, I suggest you buy an iPhone.

I bought an outdoor smart plug. The instructions are unintelligible, obviously written by a non-english speaking individual. I downloaded the app, and when I try to sign up it tells me that the account already exists. I do not have an account. Just in case, though, I went the forgot my password route and Now it tells the account doesn't exist. Now, it's stopped sending me verification codes. I tried a different email with the same results. Now I have a paper weight. Will be sending it back.

I have the same problem as Joanne Taylor. I've sent several emails to the developer with no response. Fortunately, the dealer I bought from (off Amazon) has agreed to refund my money. Very unfortunate he loses money because this App is worthless. Do not buy any product that uses this app
