This app is horrible. First they made me reset my password despite never being hacked. It involves multiple emails and steps. It's a rediculus process designed to deter you from filing a claim. And now passwords are only good for 30 days. I can't stand dumb policies like this. I'll never buy those insurance again. Waste of time!

I've filed a couple claims. Wasn't easy. You have to provide all the info. You'd think having a policy in your file would be enough. Anyway, 2 year coverage for $1.99 on my snowblower carb isn't a bad price.

This company is totally bogus. You don't get anything vto show you have coverage, and they won't let you print anything out from their site. And you don't get any kind of receipt for payment. And you will never get a real person to talk to. They have a chat, but it doesn't allow you to respond. These people are a joke. They take your money, and that's it, you are history. It is the most bogus company i have ever seen in my life. Don't waste your money on these people.

Scam Alert: This company is Allstate insurance, we used them for a hover board that still worked but didn't hold a charge. In order for them to replace it they forced us to sign a affadavit, which is a very legal document and forced us to lie on a legal document in order for them to follow through on their warranty. Allstate should be investigated by the government. Oh not to mention that they didn't even have a record of our plan and we had to call.
