I have has sprint drive for about 2 years now and it has helped me when things were going wrong with my car. I actually had less panic attacks. But today when I needed to see the strength of my battery because the light came on and the app told me that my device did not support that app and I had to download Chrome or Firefox. Never before had I had this issue and am very upset. I downloaded the Firefox and still does not want to open. What a mess and inconvenience. I will call sprint and if its not resolved I will not use them anymore.

Rarely works properly. Always sends me low fuel alerts but about once a month is the frequency the app actually allows me to log in. Customer service only tells me to delete the app and then reinstall it. Even after that, the app will not allow me to sign in. I've had the sprint drive device for 18 months and for the better part of a year it has been an issue. This app is not good and I can not with good conscience recommend it.

I bought 5 sprint drive devices through sprint, that i am still paying for, plus the monthly payment for the use of them, ( they are expensive) for my kids car, we have had some emergencies in the past and this devices were handy back then, but as of this day they are useless as they stated our cars are parked at home when clearly we are at work or other places but home. Services is been down for almost a week now. Please fix the issue!! Or give my money back!!

This is a great app. It is installed in my teen's car. It tells us if they're needs maintenance, us un a car accident or if it is being disturbed while parked. Also, it does track the car's location on the map. If I wonder where he is, I just check. I then don't have to require him to text me all the time. It is good for both of us.

This app has been acting very strange. We been parked at work all day even though I've been at home. I called 3 times regarding this issue, they gave me the run around just to get me off the phone. My issue was never resolved. My wifi never works and there's no reason to have this app because it never works properly.

AS OTHERS, I'M UNABLE TO LOG-IN TO THE APP & RECEIVING A BROWSER AUTHENTICATING ERROR MESSAGE! I BELIEVE IT'S INTENTIONAL TO GET USERS OFF THESE DEVICES AND NETWORK TO MIGRATE THEM OVER TO T-MOBILE SO DISH DOESN'T INHERIT ANY TYPE OF TRULY COMPETITIVE BASE. I'VE SEEN RESPONSES FROM SPRINT LYING ABOUT IT BEING FIXED. A FLAT OUT LIE. IT'S STILL DOWN! THEY WANT YOU TO CANCEL FOLKS!
