I've been using this service to customize my Spotify Artist profile since April 2022. There is one bug in the app that really frustrated me since I've started using the app, that being uploading Canvas's. Everytime I tap on "Agree and Post" it never loads or confirms the request, and it hasn't been resolved for a long time. Everything else on the app is great, though.

The app can be difficult at times. I always find it better to use the website than the app especially on a desktop or laptop. However if your an artist, this is what you have to use especially if your an upcoming artist. I also want them to change the stats that say since 2015 and change it to since 2020. I also think we should be allowed to have 2 artist picks and not just one and I think we should not have to be force to use Shopify. Let artist use any online store they choose.

Helpful, but I wish the daily update times were more consistent. Some days it's 10am, some days it doesn't update until the next afternoon. Also PLEASE give us an option to view stats that is inbetween 28 days and 7 years ago. 3 months. 6 months. A year. Any of those would be more helpful than "since 2015", especially if your tunes have only been up for a couple of years. Very ridiculous.

It dosn't work. To log in it takes you out of the app and on to a web page to log in, they when it says your logged in there's a button that says " open spotify for artists " and guess what!? It doesn't open it, it just has a little bounce motion effect when you click it, when you go back on the app it just asked you to log in again as though you never went on it. Next time you make an app, make one that works.

Okay, first off when I made an account. I know my password I know my email and I have it signed into my original spotify using the original app with no issues. Yet when it says when I try to select the label that I have made It doesn't let me. It's claims that I have not claimed my profile yet. When I am literally signed into it on spotify itself which makes no sense... Horrible 1 out of 10...

On Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra - Can't click the farthest right menu button anymore (for profile/bio edits and releases) It just crashes the app instantly. I find it interesting that these bugs appear out of the blue (not in tandem with an update).
