The app itself and verification worked out fine but it's a tad annoying that you can't use other payment methods while checking out. To use a CC you have to load a balance from your card to the app first. If you a card attached to your account it won't show up as a payment method when you check out. It has to be paid via Pearl Fever gift card or their e-balance.

The app is non functional. I have been unable to load any money onto my account. There is no way to pay without loading the card on the app. I keep getting an error message: maxReloadAmountLocked. Truly sad that this app is unusable because I love Pearl Fever they have some of the best bubble tea in Vancouver.

The app works for me, including the update where u order & pay b4 picking up ur order. Drinks are good for the price. What I DON'T like about the app (really needs improving) are: [1] You CAN'T redeem ur free drinks, whether u accumulated it through ur purchases, ur birthday, or reloading money into the app. They all have an expiry date, so during these irregular times, you're pretty much forfeiting ur perks. [2] Not all simpler drinks are available (either very basic or extra fancy). Hence -2.

Downloaded this useless app when we got to the Langley location after driving 40 mins. Since they're not accepting payments inside their store and come to find out they been having this app issue for awhile now and still havent fixed it...very disappointed and probably not going back at this boba place again such a Waste of time

Does not work. My mom downloaded this app first. Found out there was no "ordering" tab on the menu. Couldnt find it ANYWHERE. So I downloaded the app on my phone instead. I luckily had the ordering tab and searched for a location. But the app couldnt find the location and I tried punching in the city we were in, the street number, even the full address. I tried using wifi, phone data, my moms mobile hotspot. It clearly wasnt my connection that was the problem
