I have Paid annually, however the game stopped working within two weeks post subscription started. Money is deducted from my bank account. I have approached customer service but have got no help till now. Seems like I have lost my money as there is no quick solution. It has taken too long for a solution. Highly disappointed.

This is absolutely the most amazing game! My 4-year-old son loves it and it keeps him so engaged. This is the best learning app that I've seen and I've seen tons! The only thing is it's very pricey... Unfortunately my subscription has passed and I'm not able to resubscribe because of the holidays and all. If you can afford it, it is very very very well worth it!

I accidentally purchased one additional accounts and asked then for a refund. I have not received any response from them despite of a numerous follow up emails. I even mentioned in the last email I will post negative feedback but they simply do not care. Stay away from this app.

"Free Content" is a joke. What we had to go through to set up accounts for my daughter's class... just to find out that we still didn't have full access and would have to pay for the program was the final straw! I most definitely would not use this program no matter how good the content may have been.
