Does not allow u to play messages on ur phone to review them or to get the ones the child sent u back dont waste ur money

Great idea, but poor execution. Have to utilize a dedicated Bluetooth connection and parents have to review messages before sending to the toy. Bluetooth range is very limited. Would be much better if the toy could stay connected via Wi-Fi and allow for long distance message transfers. Then a parent traveling, or away from home, could send a message to the toy without having to utilize a Bluetooth connection through a second device. Currently, a good idea, but too much effort to get messages back and forth.

Working again after reinstalling the app. However still getting frequent errors when trying to send messages - will often require you to switch the toy on and off. Still, my boy loves it and he gets to hear my voice when I'm working away from home so I appreciate it a lot

Honestly i don't usually write reviews but I had to try save someone the time and money wasted on this toy. Downloaded app still not validation email like stated by many others. Complete waste of money but more so ever and extremely disappointed 5 year old!! Will be writing to the company!

This still won't let me pair my S7 phone to the unicorn teddy and App. Upset daughter on her birthday. Not impressed father seeing my daughter cry. Bluetooth just does not connect at all, no matching passkey or such like. Yet my girlfriend's S6 has no problem. This needs sorted ASAP! Else, it's just an expensive teddy, not a message you can hug!!

Can't even log in. Was able to once but that's it. Now it just says "uh oh something went wrong" every time I try. Uninstalled app, re-installed, restarted phone s8+ but to no avail. Tried creating a new account and didn't work, wife tried and wouldn't work. No app functionality means toy is useless. Massive christmas shame.
