The app does not allow users to report scam calls/ SMS. PDPC instruct victims to report spam calls/ SMS via i-Witness but the app is unable to provide the service and only via the SPF website. Also, all reports made via the app requires photos or videos, which makes no sense especially for cases in regards for scam calls/ videos or noise complaints.

After version updated is improved, but when we typing case incident details it was unable to scroll up to check my typed message, hope it can improve.

Since several months, I have been experiencing a rather annoying and repetitive app bug whereby whenever my phone reboots/restarts completely, a few seconds later it will say that the app has stopped. This has been a common and constant occurrence every single time and I don't think it has anything to do on my end. Hope you may fix this issue.
