Images don't show up. Very slow to load. Makes this app unusable

I've reinstalled the app because images wouldn't show up before of items, and now it won't let me past the log in screen. The timer just keeps spinning after I've put in my password. Also had this issue a few other times past.

No longer works after updating my phone to android oreo 8.0. The screen just turns blank white. UPDATE: latest version has fixed problem and is now working on Oreo 8.0.
