Order took a full two hours to arrive from a restaurant 1km away

Delivery person did not give me my change. I asked to bring change from the order and the delivery person left and hasn't come back. A total of 20,000 drams was given and I expected a change of 11,000 drams as per order requested. This means I've already given this information to provide change. This isn't the first experience I had with their service where their representative or delivery person tried to scam me. Is it because I'm a foreigner? Another incident is they tried to keep the money and won't give me my change because it is too far. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Don't shop here, and just order from the locals. Terrible business and practices.

They are basically lying to customers. They say the delivery will become free(for that month & the next 30 days) once you complete 5 orders during 30 days but that is a lie. I did order 5 times and the free delivery worked only once. Now it shows that i have only 4/5 orders completed. I called their support, they said they didnt mean 30 days, they meant that exact month you started ordering in, even though 30 days are CLEARLY indicated in their app. Their 10th order free offer works the same way

Terribly faulty app, made an order of a significant amount, then got a call that the restaurant can't fulfil order, so they provided a promo code with same amount so that I use it in the future, and surprisingly the promo code dissapeared after some time!!! I called and was promised to get the promo code back but nothing changed. Dissapointed.

Very bad service , slow , the order takes 2 hours at least to be delivered, and they keep calling to get more information on your address when you have already provided all the information needed , oh and they just decide to cancel your order for no reason

Better UI design than menu.am but still slow delivery (typically more than an hour late, and food is cold). Lost two promocodes due to poor UI design, after choosing promocodes and trying payment with iDram promocodes were marked by X (red cross) but price was not reduced in idram payment.
