This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Omni Utility on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Does precisely what it's supposed to, clearly, cleanly and directly. Beats the stuffing out of trying to use the kludgy update feature in the play-fi apps. But.. like the useless register button on the Omni app (404 not found), the "shop" button is the big red button that does nothing. Put a useful link at the other end, or just remove it.

nothing on this app works when the app fails to find and update the firmware on the soundbar. garbage. calling support tomorrow before giving up and returning this mess.

The Omni Utility App provides extended functionality for your Omni loudspeakers including over-the-air MCU firmware updates. Make sure your product always remains current and up-to-date by using this App to download and install new firmware to your speaker.

The Utility App also allows you switch input sources and volume of your Omni A1. You can also send it optimized DSP parameters, making sure you are getting the best sound for whatever speakers you have connected!
