About this app

I is director Shankar’s most expected magnum opus starring ‘Chiyaan’ Vikram & Amy Jackson in lead roles. The combination of Shankar, A.R.Rahman & Vikram has earlier worked really well in ‘Anniyan’ and the expectations this time around are much higher. A.R. Rahman is back with his 3rd album for the year with ‘I’ after Kochadaiiyaan & the recent Kaaviyathalaivan.

The album has 7 tracks, each set in a different flavor. While there is ‘Mersalaayitten’ sung by Anirudh Ravichander, which is a local fun number but with an A.R. Rahman twist to it. ‘Ennodu Nee Irundhaal’ & ‘Pookkalae Sattru Oyivedungal’ are gorgeous romantic melodies sung by Sid Sriram/Sunitha Sarathy & Haricharan/Shreya Ghoshal respectively. ‘Ladio’ and ‘Aila Aila’ are the essential dance numbers that sway to international tunes. Chinmayi has rendered the reprise version of ‘Ennodu Nee Irundhaal’, which is another beautiful track in the whole album. With Lyrics written by Kabilan & Karky, ‘I’ is a treat for all music lovers.
