Since the update, it's been a disaster!!! Worked so well for years and since the last update, can't find my system or speakers or pair them. Unbelievable frustrating to have the system completely down. And I know my tech, so safe to say that you need to patch this immediately, before I (and many more) will quietly switch to a reliable platform...and worse, whisper to others not to buy sonos. What a pity....Great sound is effectively silenced.

Whilst the speaker itself is great, I wouldn't bother buying due to the app, unless you only want to listen to the radio. Playing your own music via Spotify etc cuts out constantly, doesn't play or keeps skipping. It's worse than a scratched CD in the 90s. Wouldn't recommend, maybe try another speaker that has better connectivity. So disappointed!

Headache after headache. You spend an hour setting up the speakers, resetting, and setting up again just to get them working, then they completely fall off the network in couple of weeks and you have to restart the whole process. Not what I'd expect for such expensive speakers. My $50 BT speaker just works, so that's what we end up using instead, smdh.

Used to work amazingly well up until recently. The app constantly cannot find my speaker anymore on all platforms after all forms of troubleshooting offered, making it a waste of space since it can't play music without the app to pick something you want to hear. If you just want a single reliable speaker like I do, just use Bluetooth, it's so many less headaches and issues just to hear a song.

The speakers are great (Sonos One) and stay connected, my wifi also works really well. But the music reproduction and most of all the Spotify integration are terrible. Sometimes it's impossible to start a playlist, songs will always skip on their own or break after 10 seconds and nothing can be heard anymore - all while the app shows the song still playing. Love the quality of the speakers but playing music on them is becoming increasingly difficult!

How can there be s such a big quality gap between the hardware and accompanying/ necessary software? It is very hard to understand why Sonos is not revising its software on a fundamental level? The user experience is such a hit and miss, that I won't be buying the hardware any longer, there are other options on the market. One star out of one, for the excellent hardware - still benchmark. The missing four stars signify the lack of usability and overall user experience.
