Works flawlessly from the moment I got it. Using the app on a Moto G Stylus to control a SUB3010. Set the volume, crossover, and turn-on threshold with a few taps of my fingers. Makes tuning the subwoofer much easier and quicker. Now I can listen to a song or movie without having to walk to the sub, adjust a knob and then sit back down to hear the results of the adjustment. Pairs great with my ELAC Debut 2.0 6.2 bookshelf speakers. Not sure how there are so many people with issues.

Total POS app. When you spend over $700 for a sub you should be able to control it's settings. All the settings can only be accessed by this app. The app stopped working today so the sub's settings can't be changed. Deleted the app and now can't even re-download it. Someone needs a swift kick in the nuts !!!! Just bought 2 of these 3030 ELAC subs and I may be returning them and buying subs with actual knobs and buttons. FIX THIS APP or shove it where the sun don't shine !!!

Total scrap, can not connect, can not switch from demo mode to discover mode. Why can not connect to PC and do the setup via PC? I put my money into a garbage. Avoid from ELAC products!

Good concept, minus the need of an actual control, move everything to app based. The controls are quite technical, there is no manual to explain what each function or switch. Another thing which I'm confused is that with the AVR calibration will it have conflict with the AutoEQ?

Its terrible, volume slider is rediculas. Nothing I select works. Used to be able to set level controls. That's all gone. This system is 5 sets backwards from the orginal. Software writers not testing. Same old.

This app actually works really well. I'm completely shocked to be honest. Ignore the bad reviews and give it a shot. It works really well. Worst case scenario you can quickly uninstall it.
