Registration was fine. Having the app connect to my THX Pandas was finicky at best. I had to unpair and repair them a few times before they finally "Connected." After that, the app said it was "Uploading to headphones", but did not indicate how long that would take. Tapping on the message would make it go away, but then the app would crash if you attempted to do anything else. Patiently waiting, it says the "upload completed." Then when I tried to do the "Preference Test," it crashed. Going through each screen slowly and waiting seems to make it work. After that the bad UX continues. The app has too many rough edges and feels like a developer or expert user with no usability testing approved the app. And yes I updated the firmware on my Pandas. App still crashes randomly.

Crashes if you attempt to retake the preference test with different headphones, or just with different music genres, and there's no way to manually adjust said preference, meaning that you're stuck with it until Sonarworks fix this. 5 stars once the app stops constantly crashing.

App has caused my headphones to become paperweights. I have DROP Pandas, and after updating them and struggling to get them to pair the app now constantly crashes and restarts. This causes a popping sound which interrupts anything I am listening to.

The poor usability and counter-intuitivnes of the UI will make it a pain for any "normal" user. I really disliked the experience a lot. Buttons greyed out but working, test track selection not working (guitars playing no matter what), no apparent way to revert uploaded changes andt plenty other confusing quirks.

Horrific app and service. App crashes constantly on Galaxy Z Fold 2. Got half way through the setup tests and cannot complete. Cannot login with Google. Website login times out. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. Useless.

Got an email from Drop telling me that this app now supports Panda's... So I updated the firmware and tried everything but the app won't connect them. Edit: tried the re-pair multiple times before and after your comment, still not connecting.
